Refund Eligibility
Global ServiceX offers refunds under specific circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service delivery or project completion. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Service not delivered as per agreed specifications
- Project cancellation before work commencement (subject to terms)
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
- Service cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (for certain services)
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services already delivered and accepted by the client
- Custom development work after project completion
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Consultation fees for completed sessions
- Third-party service fees and charges
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us via email or phone with your refund request
- Provide relevant documentation and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed, time invested, and resources utilized. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting applicable charges and completed work value.
